Bird Dog is a southern restaurant focusing on hand made pasta. Located in the heart of the New York City’s West Village, we are a small and intimate restaurant that is great for everyday and special occasions. We're on a mission to change the culture of restaurants for the better. Our team is made up of experts and artisans, dedicated to their craft — and they deserve to be paid a fair wage, to have access to health care, to mental health professionals, and continuing education. Our business model has those things baked in, because now more than ever, restaurant jobs should be good jobs. Every meal you order from us helps make that possible.
We offer three menu options, Chef's Tasting Menu, 3 course Pre-Fixe Menu or Fried Chicken Dinner, add Ons and supplements are welcome. We can assist with most allergies and aversions. We do not offer a la carte. Reservations are strongly encouraged. All reservations for five (5) or more people are required to get the Chef's Tasting menu, complete table participation is required. We reserve the right to seat only completed parties, there is a 10 min grace period that we allow, please be prompt as late arrivals will affect other reservations. Dining with us takes about one and a half hours, you're on time arrival is greatly appreciated.
There is a $65 per person fee for incomplete reservations, cancelation or no show with in 6 hours of reserved time.
